• We are the band who is the least likely to cancel on you. How do we know this? We’ve canceled 0 shows in 8 years. Yes, we have gotten sick, had emergencies, vacations and deaths in the family. We have musicians in our band who play multiple instruments. We have a minimum of 3 amazing vocalists at most shows. We also came from the wedding band circuit and know and have worked with the best musicians in Chicago. We literally have a list of more than 50 musicians we can call. When you hire an 80s band that has one lead singer, it is highly likely they will cancel on you if that person has any kind of problem emerge.

• We are seasoned and highly-trained professionals. All of our band members have studied music at the University level and have been on national tours.

• There is no vocalist we can’t cover well. Because of the versatility, education and experience we have, our 3 main lead singers cover every vocal range. Freddie Mercury and Steve Perry? No problem. Whitney and Cyndi? No problem.

• The mathematics are highly in our favor. Most of our competitors need 6 or 7 band members on stage. This usually includes two vocalists who don’t play instruments. This increases price, volume, and space required for their bands. We have three excellent singers onstage who also play instruments. One plays both sax and keys. This is the equivalent of hiring a 9 piece band for the price of 5. None of our competitors have this ability.

• No background tracks that run the risk of a catastrophe. We play all instruments LIVE. Some of our competitors go onto YouTube and download karaoke tracks. They put them on a computer and sing and play “on top,” of the karaoke track. Why is this a problem? If their computer glitches, freezes or restarts mid-song, it will appear to the show attendees that they are lip syncing, or fake mime playing. It will be a majorly embarrassing scenario and potentially make the person who hired the band look extremely foolish. Our band would never put our hiring parties in such a predicament.

• Our stage props are widely praised and add bonus value to your event. Our super fun and colorful Rubik cubes stage props are one of a kind and add great atmosphere to events. In some cases, it takes the place of spending $ on decorations. When guests take photos with our stage set up, they are more likely to tag your event/company/veue on social media. This may serve as free advertising for you.

• We understand that taste is subjective, but we really do think we sound better than every 80s band around. We highly encourage you to view our videos and to compare our sound against any other 80s band in Chicago. We are the only 80s band in Chicago who posts full length, high quality videos on a regular basis because we are certain that we deliver stellar, faithful renditions of the songs you love from the 80s. We believe that many of our competitors only post 20 second clips, because they do not consistently deliver near perfect renditions of entire songs.
